The custom of establishing nominal kinship is prevalent in our society, which is one way to created virtual kinship and to make non-related relationship to be the relationship.Ganjie village in Xishuangbanna is a place where Hani Akha people live through long migrant from other place, now which main economy source is rubble, having its own rich history and culture.In Hani Akha society,the custom of establishing nominal kinship,having its own ritual, form, function and purpose, is formed from their daily life. The different forms, function and purpose of the custom are according to the different types. In Hani Akha society, pu duoduo and pa duoduo are two ways of establishing nominal kinship. Pu duoduo is the way to make nominal kinship with Hani Akha’s "village" or "culture" for other nation from other place; Pa duoduo is the way to make nominal kinship with the local people or family for outside people in village. Traditionally, the people who had established by Pu duoduo or Pa duouo with local "village" or people were allowed to enter the village, and the kinds of people should be the "clean". The goal of the two kinds of custom is to integrate into Hani Akha society and obtain identity from local people so that they can extend kinship network. However, in the early1990s, due to the economy, culture and society, especially twith the rubber economy development,the village attracts many other people. Being in the Hani Akha society,the people entered to this place, but the goal of the custom is being change, which is to gain the land resources and economic interests. Consequently, following this custom changing, other respects of the village are influenced, for instance, its family composition, social structure, village management system, and the villagers’land property rights awareness and so on.
