The relationship of the Chinese nation culture and56ethnic cultures is a whole and the part, what’s more, there is no the prosperity and strength of the Chinese national culture without the cultural development of all ethnic groups.Naxi ethnic is one of the55ethnic minorities in China, it creates a national culture that is content-rich and very unique and it interacts with the Han nationality culture. It is an indivisible part of Chinese national culture, also a precious spiritual treasure of the Chinese nation.Most Naxi nationality live in Lijiang city of Yunnan province, so Lijiang has unique Naxi culture resources. In the early1990s, Naxi culture as an important tourism resource got more attention with the development of tourism in Lijiang area. It is not only the result of the economic development, but also promotes Naxi ethnic culture development and prosperity as a major power. How to keep the nationality of Naxi culture in the modern market economy while not to block Naxi people pursuit of the development and progress. it is a dynamic difficult problem and can’t be avoid. The problem can be solved through the research of the Naxi cultural changes, tracing back the Naxi culture to find out the regularity of Naxi cultural changes. Due to culture has a historical continuity, we can draw the regularity to grasp the future development direction of the Naxi culture.This article is based on the basic theory of marxist cultural view and in-depth research of Lijiang with the matheodology of Marxist historical materialism. The way to research the Naxi culture by induction and comparative method, combined with relevant historical docunments. The author try to summarize the process and the characteristics of th Naxi cultural changes then reflect on the pros and cons and why gains and losses, expecting to be able to make the Naxi culture subjective development by the Naxi people as a guiding role in the modernization process.
