Setting up a public culture service system that covers the whole society, and making residents enjoy practical and convenient public culture services, is the highlight and goal of the national 12 th five-year plan outline to the party and government. As less developed areas, the Ethnic Minority areas’ public culture service is relatively backward because of numerous nationalities and special national culture-demand. Therefore, it is difficult to secure public culture rights in Ethnic Minority areas. In order to enhance the level and quality of Ethnic Minority areas’ public culture service, this research is not only an effective method to promote economic prosperity and steady development of social civilization, but also important safeguard to handle and solve the ethnic problems and promote the healthy and harmonious development of all nationalities. Since the 1990’s, the public satisfaction assessment began on the stage of public management, and g radually become a new hot spot in public management. At present, there are few studies about public culture service in Ethnic Minority areas, and the public culture service system of Ethnic Minority culture demand-oriented has not yet fully established. Under the backg round of multi-ethnic culture, the public culture service has different levels of development in the country. Consequently, based on the theory of customer satisfaction, this topic extracts Lijiang in Yunnan province as sample, tries to build a public culture service satisfaction evaluation system, analyzes seven evaluation indicators on convenience of reliability, economic availability, management normalization, recognition of participatory, nation culture protection, satisfaction evaluation as a whole and trust and complain in Lijiang public culture service. At the end, this article puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems in Lijiang public culture service, so as to provide beneficial theoretical reference and practical application to the construction of other Ethnic Minority areas’ public culture service in our country.Paying attention to combining theory and reality, this article uses methods of resourcing documents, comparing, and survey and so on. Then there are a series of feasible suggestions raise to solve exist problems in Lijiang public culture service, including promoting the sustainable development of Lijiang nation culture industry, perfecting infrastructure construction of public culture service in Lijiang, optimizing supply mode of public culture service in Lijiang, strengthening the construction of public culture service personnel in Lijiang, highlighting ethnic minority characteristics in Lijiang’s public culture service.
