Kant’s "Fine Art" thinking is breaking a new ground for the development of modern art inWest. He was the first philosopher who makes the theory of aesthetics and philosophy of art asan integral part in his system. For the idea of free and teleology, Kant’s answer is Fine Artin the areas of the beautiful art. Fine Art is creating subjectively and freely, it is different fromthe mechanical arts because its purpose is to direct aesthetic pleasure, rather than artifactsproduced in line with the objective rules. It is different from the comfortable art, artistic pursuitbecause Fine Art pursuit is a reflection of the purposeless but purposive pleasure, rather thansimply feeling pleasure. Fine Art seems like nature, the state of mind is the harmonious resultsof the campaign for the freedom of imagination and intelligence. Fine Art is also the art of genius, because the Fine art comes from the artist’s innate endowment capacity, and cannot be acquiredthrough acquisition. At the same time, Kant genius opened a skylight for Genius, the ability isappeared as an artistic creation, and the appreciation of an evaluation is the ability ofestimating. But do they have anything related with each other? Natural art requiresappreciation of art, and the Fine Art need to be similar to natural art. During the estimatingprocess, Fine Art need judge and consider the inner-perfectness, so only when the process ofartistic creation is genius behavior, the work is perfect and becomes an art of beauty in thejudgments of taste. At the same time, the judgments of taste can be learned through daily schoollife. Genius is also subject to the judgments of taste.
