In this article,firstly, we describe and analyze the function of the preposition“对””就””拿”.On the basis of the analysis we summarize the meanings of the preposition framework“对/就/拿……来说”.The preposition frame work“对……来说”contains two meanings:"point of view"and "object"; The preposition frame work"就……来说”contains two meanings:"range"and "comparative"; The preposition frame work"拿……来说”contains two meanings:"object"and "comparative".We compare their meanings and analyze the differences between them.From the syntactic point of view,these preposition frameworks in Chinese mainly acting as parenthesis, followed by acting as adverbial in the sentences and rarely serve as adverbial and attributive.Secondly,we summarize and analyze the corresponding expressions of these three Chinese preposition frameworks in the Chinese-English parallel corpus. It turn outs to be that there are many kinds of corresponding expressions in English and the prepositions and prepositional phrase are the most important corresponding forms.The main corresponding preposition form is "to"and "for", the main corresponding prepositional phrases are:as regards,in the case of,in relation to,in terms of,for example and take example.After study we found that there are crossing meanings between these English expressions.Finally we take the study of the previous two chapters as the theoretical basis to design the questionnare and through this to examine the acquisition level of those English native speaker students.We get the assumed acquisition order through assumption and get the objective acquisition order through the results of the questionnare. Through the analysis of the objective acquisition order we found that to foreign students the“对/就/拿+nouns+来说”is easier being acquired than other expression forms.In the preposition framework "对……来说”,the meaning of "object" is later learned than the meaning of "point of view";in the preposition framework“就……来说”,the meaning of "comparative" is later learned than the meaning of "range"and in the preposition framework“拿……来说”,he meaning of "comparative" is later learned than the meaning of "object".
