This article is based on the sight of philosophy of science. The etymology of the word "skill" is first investigated. Skills are automatic activities which are constituted by a series of actions or operation of thinking. They can be seen as processes of understanding the world through the physical behaviors. Then, the reasons why skill is seen as an aspect of knowledge are given. On this basis, the skillful knowledge, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge are combined together to form a space system of skillful knowledge. Next, the "practice-perception" model spawned by the space system is used to examine the personal knowledge of the overall situation.Skill is a dynamic reflection of knowledge, which can be regarded as an aspect of the knowledge. It is different from the traditional static view of knowledge representations. Knowledge contains an effective implementation process and an ultimate result of behavior which needs to be borne by skills. Skillful knowledge concerns about skills, which includes the two aspects of the behavior skills and intellectual skills. People operate rules and create rules in skillful practices. Skillful knowledge is a growing dynamic process, which connects with explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge closely. These three aspects together construct a space system of scientific knowledge because of their differences. Through the interaction of skillful knowledge, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, individual knowledge gets comprehensive growth by a way of "practice-perception" model.Individual skillful knowledge depends on interactions between experiences and contexts. Behavior and perception form a model of symbiotic system. It happens between the subjects and the objects. The "practice-perception" way plays a media role of combining skillful knowledge, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. The model of "practice-perception" which is based on these three elements of scientific knowledge reflects the growth process of personal knowledge through applying Dreyfus’model. Thinking from the perspective of the philosophy of science, the model of "practice-perception" shows the transformation of personal knowledge from rule-dependency to normativity. At the same time it also moves to the practice of science on a approach of context and provide new answers to "Snow problem" in a way of understanding science. This article consists of the following four parts. The background and conten of this article are briefly introduced in the preface. In the second part "skillful knowledge" is put forward by investigating the basic meaning of "skill". In the third section the space system of skillful knowledge is illustrated. And the model of "practice-perception" is presented and its composition and application are shown. And a philosophical reflection on the "practice-perception" model of skillful knowledge is given in the last part.
