With the advancement of technology, the diversity of the people’s needs make the media environment become more complexity, and the trend of media convergence become more apparent, lots of new forms of media appear in the front of word since the middle and later periods of20th.The appearance of these new media forms injects new vitality for the development of the cultural industry, however, it also brings some new problems as well, such as a completely industrial chain structure has been taken place, funds works without rules, market regulations are not sound enough and so on. These questions mentioned above are needed to be solved. In order to put forward some feasible solutions to the problems, appear in the process of the integration of the Television and Video Games, this paper makes some research on the ways, basic factors, and some questions of the integration of the Television and Video Games from the perspective of text adapted for film.Firstly, the first part of this paper makes an analysis of market for the film and television industry and the video game industry in recent years from the macro perspective, and points out that the text adaptation is the most important way of achieving the integration of the film and television industry and the video game industry, and the technology is catalyst of the integration.To film and television and video games in the second part of the article the adaptation between the factors are analyzed in this paper, analysis of main specific in science and technology, the audience’s point of view, seeing and hearing language, four aspects and economic requirements. In these four aspects of science and technology is the film and television and electronic games between the two text adaptation of external factors, audience and economic demand is the aim of industry integration, the audio-visual language section of audio-visual both before and after the adaptation works were analyzed. In the last part of the article is the fusion between the film and television and video games has carried on the brief introduction of the other way, it is mainly reflected in two aspects:to advertise the game micro film, film and television and electronic games between elements and use for reference.Film and video game industry convergence is a cover art, technology, economic, aesthetic and visual culture and industrial fields. Main purpose of this article is adapted in text, for example, figuring out the advantages and disadvantages of integration between them, remind practitioners, film and television and video games, to realize its dual role as a technology and art, at the same time to remind the recipient of film and television and video games alert, film and television and video games is the tendency of vulgarization and infantility. And hope that relevant departments to strengthen the following issues during the period of industrial convergence of survey and control, to make it towards a good trend of development.
