Public Art Studies On City Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang Province is a typical representative of China region, which has culturaland historical urban landscape, the pace of life, and the rapid economic development.From the reform and opening up to now, the public art in urban development from thebeginning of the bits and pieces for the universality of the main area. But so far, theoverall research of public art in Zhejiang is still unbalanced, for example, in the publicworks of art of the local government of the city does not have a comprehensice overallplanning, management, maintenance and statistics. Another example is the publicartwork reaction “public” is not obvious, public art and urban characteristics coincideproblem.From three aspects, first of all, from a macro perspective, analysis of public art inthe central city of Zhejiang Province; Secondly, followed by the analysis of public art inthere urban areas from the micro-level; Thirdly, public art analysis in Jiaxing; Finally,the article describes the current situation and decelopment of public art. This article byresearch sataistics for the central city of11provincial cities in the central city of eachprefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jiaxing,Lishui, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Taizhou, Jinhua, Quzhou, Zhoushan.We research statistics,analysis，collate and compare the intrinsic relationship of the city with public art aspect,as well as the link between the public art.Thinking “public art” is what cultural attitudeintervention in the cities, and how to establish or deny the independent character of thecity itself, and this character is precisely the urban culture and soul of the city.
