The Qing Dynasty was economy highly developed period in chinese history,Its reasons have been analyzed in different aspects,but only left the angle of trust,which is a basic condition in economic activity.in fact,trust is essential in the overall economic and social development,but it is also often ignored,even some of phenomenon of social trust in china are often distored by some of the labels of image,therefore,it is necessary to study the questions of trust carefully.In this paper,I will began from the impact of justice to the trust,and try study the Qing Dynasty judicial and customs is how to work for the general trust in the economic activity of the Qing Dynasty.On this basis,when the people of the Qing Dynasty expose it to a variety of trust issues in their economic activities,How do they to build their own circle of trust. and attempt to See the run logic in economy and even the whole society in the Qing Dynasty.In the first part of this article, i analyzed the role played by Qing Dynasty judicial provisions and practice in the trust in economic activities.and believe the judicial system of the Qing Dynasty which behind its level of economic development, has Hindered the Qing society to establish its economic activities meet the requirements for general trust.After that,this paper analyzes the civil various custom’s effect to establish general trust. and believe that because that the Qing Dynasty in a is gradually slow process of transformation from an agricultural society to the business community. There were many customs which exists in agricultural society hinderd the establishment of trust.At the same time,in order to meet the commercial development,the community was consciously forming habits that conducive to general trust established.So we can say, that the entire of the Qing Dynasty is a legalistic and exploring new social norms era.In the second part,This article focuses on when lacking of legal and social support,how the People to use their own power to build trust. Those methods were affected by the Chinese tradition and its social structure. Which concentrated expression of the dependence on what we called GuanXi right now. we can even say that the trust built on GuanXi was the most important form of trust in economic activities in the Qing Dynasty. Besides, relying on the judgment of the individual experience, and establishing a trusted reputation etc were important trust-builting method for people at that people.
