Subjective Well-being Of The Elderly After Retirement And Influential Factors

This study aims to explore subjective well-being (SWB) of retired elderlys, to help the elderly to provide theoretical basis for happy life by study on the influential factors and mechanism of SWB.This study summarizes the previous research on subjective well-being of the elderly, sortings out six theory of SWB;divideds the elderly SWB into trait factors, family factors and social factors by elderly themselves as the center, taking the interaction range as the radius; integrates the study of retire mechanism of the SWB of elderly; summarizes the study of the impact on the reemployment elderly.In the part of empirical research, this study investigates retired elderly in Tianjin by questionnaire survey, analysis of the status of the retired elderly’s SWB, explores the influence factors of the retired elderly’s SWB, inquire into the influence reemployment makes on the the SWB of elderly,then study the influence the mechanism of retired elderly’s SWB.The results indicate:①The condition of the retired elderly’s SWB, self-rated health, social support and self-efficacy is satisfactory.②Re-employment makes direct influence on the instrumental support,self-efficacy,self-rated mental health and indirect influence on the SWB through the instrumental support,self-efficacy,self-rated mental health.③Self-efficacy, social support and self-rated mental health have a direct impact on the retired elderly’s SWB.④Self-rated mental health makes indirect influence on the SWB through the self-efficacy...
