With the development of reform and opening-up and economic, China and international exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly frequent, more and more students choose to study in china. With the development of Confucius Institute in foreign countries, improve the foreign language level of students. International students education in recent years to grow gradually, in their choice of Chinese course, special use Chinese has become an emerging Chinese courses, and in recent years to study law in Chinese has also become a hot. The establishment of legal Chinese course, great to meet the learning needs of learners, but also the Chinese law has been spread in cross-cultural communication. With the rapid development of our national economy, the legal system has been basically formed today, carry out the research and teaching of legal Chinese textbooks, in order to improve the teaching effect of Chinese legal construction, improve foreign language disciplines, have important real significance and far-reaching historical significance to promote the cultural exchange.In this paper, through the study of the law of Chinese textbooks, combined with some teaching strategies, analyzes the legal problems in the Chinese classroom teaching, and puts forward some suggestions, in order to contribute for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The structure of this paper consists of the following parts:The introduction part introduces the background, significance and research mothed.The first chapter of literature review introduces Chinese textbook compiling Chinese textbooks and legal research.The second chapter introduces the teaching factors related legal Chinese, teaching strategies and the problems in teaching and teaching countermeasures.The third chapter is the comparison of "China" and "Chinese legal professional legal Chinese commercial paper" two textbooks, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages.The fourth chapter puts forward the conception of legal Chinese textbook construction. In the conclusion part, summarizes the research contents and conclusions, and expounds the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
