Chinese figure painting has been on the development history of thousands of years. From the initial Neolithic Age, the more abstract figures appear on pottery. After glory and prosperity of Jin Tang and Song Dynasty, because ’literati painting" the rise of the next few years until the Ming and Qing makes everyone painting misunderstanding,while ignoring its development. In recent years, through the hard work of several generations of older characters painter makes painting out of the woods, flourished again, people have begun to re-recognize painting. Painting does not represent a craftsman, and impressionistic painting is not wild, these views are too one-sided. Freehand painting is inherent cultural characteristics, it reflected more of an emotional and spiritual. Meticulous Freehand, appears to be a contradictory proposition, but in reality it is for us to study, heritage, development provides a new impetus.
