The research Based on the relevant theories about Knowledge Management Disposition at home and abroad, this study took college students(both undergraduate and graduate) as subjects, did some investigations on their knowledge management disposition, and follow the standard procedure developed the Knowledge Management Disposition Questionnaire. Then we use the Questionnaire explored the status and differences of college students’knowledge management disposition, and also the relationship between college students’knowledge management disposition and self-worth, and the career decision making self-efficacy relationship, we made some preliminary findings through it.The study invested a total of1002graduate students and undergraduate students in different major and universities, with the help of statistical software SPSS12in data analysis, the study gained the following results:1). College students’knowledge management disposition contains three dimensions:the Sense of Knowledge-Worth, the View of Knowledge-Construction, the View of Knowledge-Application. The questionnaire has reliability and validity meet the psychological test standard.2).The college students’ knowledge management disposition and its dimensions are highly above average, in which the score of the Sense of Knowledge-Worth is the highest, and the score on the View of Knowledge-Application is the lowest, the whole state of campus students’the View of Knowledge-Application is positive.3). The knowledge management disposition and its dimension of college students is differ in some demographic variables; especially the difference on gender, grade, etc.4). The knowledge management disposition and its dimensions and career decision-making self-efficacy are correlated significantly; knowledge management disposition has a predictive effect on career decision making self-efficacy.This study explored the research filed of knowledge management disposition, widely sampling helps to get full view of the general status of knowledge management disposition of Chinese college students, and the series of discussions based on the research would help students and universities to get better knowledge of knowledge management disposition, and help promote the education on knowledge management, construction of atmosphere deliberately practice on knowledge management, above all, this research enriched the psychological meaning and dimension, it is of theoretical and practical significance.
