Sandplay is a method for psychological counseling and guidance. It is builded by Dora Kalf on the base of Jung's Analytic Psychology. At the beginning, the sandplay was used on the group of children, then it was developed and used for adult in psychological counseling and guidance. There're also some cases on career counseling and guidance in Dora Kalf's bookSandplay has been accepted and learned as an effective method by many psychologists of the world. And they also made the sandplay have much more efficiency in extent and depth after Dora Kalf. Now sandplay has got lots of production on psychological counseling, guidance, self-development, the group psychological guidance, and the psychological trait for corporations and offices. But it is a new try on the college student's career guidance.The text reviewed the representative literatures on sandplay, got the course and area of sandplay. I try to help the college students who have career counseling requirement by sandplay. Of course, I have found and studied some researchers'literatures and standed on the condition of our university. This try will satisfy the students who have tangle in career, and explore the effetion of sandplay on the college students'career guidance.After analyzing the picture of sandplay, and the feedback of the member in the group,the research proved that sandplay had active effection on college students'"career decision-making self efficacy", and let the students know themselves such as personality style,the way of intercourse, and the pattern of question-settling; and we also got that the after training score was more than the before significantly. So the sandplay therapy is appropriate in career guidance and can be used in universities.
