They are the Bulang, De’ang, Pumi, Nu, Dulong, Jino, Achang and Jingpo. There are5"straight over" nation,which changes from primitive society to a socialist society. These Less populated nation are almost in base areas, nationality,mountain areas, poor minorities,the number of population is small, but the degree of poor is very deep. Due to historical, geographical and other factors, the overall level of economic and social development is still relatively backward, poverty is still, health conditions are poor. With the western development, comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society in building a harmonious socialist society in-depth implementation of the strategic measures, the development of the ethnic groups with small population has become more apparent and become a focus of China’s poverty alleviation.This is related to the construction of new countryside in China, related to China is able or not to achieve sustainable development, to achieve a harmonious society, Related to the timely realization of building a moderately prosperous society the goal of national unity and common prosperity, the country’s long-term stability.Dialectical materialism and historical materialism as a guide,8less populated nation of Yunnan as research objectives, adopted a method of empirical research and case studies.
