Thinking About Perfecting The Community Correction

For the development of penalty execution system in China, the community correction is a great reform. Starts from the development status of community correction in Erdos, based on the demonstration of the concept, features of community correct, as well as the basic situation and major achievements in community correction work in Erdos, this thesis aims to analyze the major problems and the corresponding causes of community correction work in Erdos. With the development of the society, the community correction system has been gradually introduced into. However, in China, there are many defects in this system as it started late in our country. This thesis put forwarded some improving measures and suggestions through clearing and summarizing the working status of community correction in Erdos.By referring the theoretical basis of overseas community correct, starts from establishing a new concept of penalty, strengthening the infrastructure construction of community correction, perfecting correction measurements, etc. This thesis suggest to complete the legal system of community correction, improve the personality of the community correction personnel, build a professional team of community correction personnel, establish a unified information sharing platform, perform level management system in correction offenders, increase security and social investment funds to ensure the orderly implementation of community correction system, as well as improve the inter-sectoral linkage mechanism, forming a concerted effort to promote the healthy development of the community correction, so as to intensify the promotion of community correction and create a good atmosphere of community correction.
