| At the2006National Work Conference of the United Front, Comrade Hu Jintao said:"We should stick to the rights and obligations of unity of believers, strengthen ideological and political work, deep patriotism, collectivism, socialism education, development of legal education and moral construction of citizens, promoting scientific and cultural knowledge especially of modern scientific knowledge, the believers to better serve the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and contribute." Young Christians are who believe in Christianity, and they are a part of the youth. So it is a big problem that ideological and political education workers how to improve the ideological and political quality of young Christian effectively.The key points that education for the young Christian are to establish the right education goals, select appropriate education content, and use a feasible effective education method, according to f the thought of young Christian and objective request of social development. Firstly, the goals are to help the young Christian gradually establish legal beliefs. Secondly, it is to make the young Christian look at religion belief objectively. To the young Christian, the content of ideological and political education should be special, and mainly including the followings:Marxist view of religion education, Christian religious legal education, Chinese traditional culture education, science knowledge education. On the way to educate, we emphasize some methods to enhance effectiveness.Our country respect and protect the religion of young believers. To give the young Christian political education, we must set the point that it is not against their faith, and not force them to abandon their own beliefs. It is not easy and also out of legal. What we should do is through the education to make the young Christian to establish legal beliefs, make them treat the religion more objectively, and guide them to make contribution to our country. |
