Research On How To Improve The Efficiency Of Ideological And Political Education Of Young Warders

The prison in our country is a new prison under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Prison police,which is the subject of prison work,bears responsibility for helping inmates to correct their behaviors and to transform their thoughts in order to enforce them to plead guilty while in the prison and to be the law-abiding citizens while returning to the society.During this long struggle for rehabilitation and antirehablitation,the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education among the youth guards is to ensure that the guards can fulfill their value through lying an unflinching belief in ideal,sticking to political true qualities,and keeping improving the capability to maintain the prison safety in order to consolidate the party’s leading role and to defend for people’s democracy.Being a municipality for more than 20 years,Chongqing has built and reconstruct a number of prisons.Due to the continuous increase of the number of youth guards,Chongqing has become one of the provinces with high proportion of young guards.With the further reformation of the overall progress,the effectiveness realization of the youth guards’ ideological and political education is facing a series of new situations,new changes and new challenges due to the rapid development of economic society and the advancing reform of the prison system.To explore the effectiveness of the path of ideological and political education of the youth guards is becoming an important time topic on the prison development and comprehensive management of social work.This paper,which takes Chongqing City youth guards as the research object,aims to enhance the effectiveness of the path of ideological and political education of the youth guards through the comprehensive use of Marx’s theory of Ideological and political education,psychology and other related theoretical knowledge.It also analyzes and investigates the current status of Ideological and political education of Chongqing City youth guards by adopting questionnaire survey method and literature research method etc.Through the comprehensive analysis,this paper argues that the effectiveness of the implementation of Chongqing City Youth guards’ ideological and political education fails not only because of the unvaried content,constant approach,the construction lagging of educational team,but also due to the frequent occurrence of the psychological disease and the occupational burnout of the young guards.Above all,this paper will analyze the causes of the above problems from the professional attributes,the incentive mechanism,the construction of political team and other factors regarding the youth generation.Based on the working practice in prison,this paper explores the effective path of city young guards’ Ideological and political education in Chongqing from four aspects: deepening the the content system of Ideological and political education of young guards,enriching the methods system,optimizing the political personnel training and promoting the contemporaneity of the carrier.
