Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Young Employees In Commercial Banks

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that youth rejuvenate the country and youth strengthen the country.As a vibrant and innovative social group,young people bear the hope of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.For young employees of commercial banks,they have the same mission.However,under the background of the new normal economy,commercial banks are in a critical period of transformation and development,and the industry competition environment they are facing is different from the earlier stage.Under the influence of this,the management strategy of commercial banking is gradually changing,and the goal-oriented feature of maximization of benefits has become the most important feature.In this context,commercial banks are receiving the important performance assessment pressure from the industry as a whole and enterprises themselves,and the degree of attention to ideological and political education of their own practitioners has also decreased.The salient manifestation of the aforementioned problem is that the form of propaganda is single and rigid,the content of propaganda is simple and rigid,the concept of propaganda is outdated and backward,especially for the identification of individual attributes of young employees,and the lack of grasp of cognitive differences,It has been a hindrance to the growth of young employees and the development of commercial banks themselves.Based on this,taking the ideological and political education of young employees of commercial banks as the theme,this paper deeply demonstrates the influencing factors and logical mechanism of the ideological and political education of young employees of commercial banks,which can effectively meet the objective requirements of the transformation and development of commercial banks,the practical demands of ideological and political education of young people,and the development of their own needs of young employees of banks.In fact,the domestic research results around this subject are rare,and most of them are discussed by qualitative analysis.The argumentation about logic mechanism and influencing factors is not systematic and accurate enough.Further,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions only stay at the organizational level,lack of effective control of individual differences and social environment.In view of this,this paper studied the theoretical hypothesis of the influencing factors of the ideological and political education of young employees in commercial banks and taked 10 commercial banks in Pingyin County as the empirical research object.Then,the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires under the meridian were statistically analyzed with the help of binary logistic model in order to accurately identify the influencing factors system of ideological and political education of young employees in commercial banks.After accurately identifying the influencing factors system of ideological and political education of young employees in commercial banks,this paper puts forward a countermeasure system of ideological and political education for young employees of commercial banks,which takes social guidance as the strategic plane,organization and management as the main unit and individual differences as the implementation basis.That is to say,it is necessary to define the overall ideological and political orientation of young employees in commercial banks by means of accurate cognitive learning differences,classify and stimulate achievement motivation,construct the ideological and political organization support by flexible management and performance orientation,and set up the ideological and political social security by guiding the norms of group ideological value and reconciling the order of internal relations among the organizations.To sum up,the study puts forward a comprehensive countermeasure system of ideological and political education for young employees of commercial banks,which covers the whole field of "trinity" of individual,organization and society.
