International trade terms is composed of a brief English acronym whichrepresent the concept of structure, trading site, determining the price of commodity,buyers and sellers’ responsibilities and division of costs, risks, issues such as thespecialized terms. International trade terms are widely used in international trade, sofar, once appear many different kinds of rules and multiple different versions of thesame variety rules of international trade terms. Different species or different versionsof the same kind of corresponding to different trading terms, covering the rights andobligations of buyers and sellers, the goods quality, specifications, price, cost, risk,cargo transfer time limit and other transactions related to the core issues.Although international trade terms is very important to global economic andtrade development, multiple versions in parallel applications, but for many years, rarevariety rules of international trade terms and rules of international trade terms at thesame time comparing different versions of the research, analysis of the pros and cons,weigh the gain and loss, in order to advantage complementary, bring out the best ineach other.Paper is from the horizontal and vertical for years different kinds and differentversions of the rules of international trade terms from their historical background,implementation, modification, social function, the multiple dimensions such as thesimilarities and differences between different rules are discussed in this paper, andillustrates the different international trade terms of the features, value and incotermsversions appear later in the process of international trade problems and copingstrategies, avoid disadvantages, to solve practical problems in time and improve theefficiency of international trade, promote the healthy development of the globaleconomic trade.
