This paper empirically studies the changes of China's terms of trade from 1994 to 2002 and gets the results that in the recent nine years, China's net barter terms of trade had apparently been deteriorated while its income, single factorial terms as well as new double factorial terms of trade had been improved. The author analyses the main causes of the changes in China's terms of trade, such as increase of domestic demand, transfer price, processing trade, export price war, trade policy reform etc.Based on the empirical study, the author researches the relation between terms of trade and trade interest, analyses the trend of NBTT and gives some advice on how to improve terms of trade and get more international trade interest.
