Causes And Countermeasures Of Guangxi Traffic Wardens Team Turnover

Traffic management assistants, the group which appears and expands to a large degree and fights with public security policemen, have always been playing an important role in the traffic safety. It has been proved that the traffic management assistants are the important components of road traffic management force, and also the significant police-assistant force in public security management work. It is crucial to perfect the staff management and stabilization for the improvement of service standard of public security management, the construction of harmonious traffic environment, and the upgrading of public security sense, satisfaction, and happiness index.This thesis has dealt with the main causes for the loss of traffic management assistants in Guangxi by the study of questionnaire about Job Satisfaction and Turnover Tendency for the in-service public security traffic management assistants, combining the results of statistical analysis on the original data about the staff loss during the recent5years. The causes can be concluded as follows:the vague legal orientation, the working intensity and high pressure, the lack of payment and welfare security and competence, hard promotion and loss of career development, low sense of social identity and bad environment for the law enforcement, and the lack of the sense of belongingness and pride. On the basis of analysis on the cause of staff loss, this thesis will put forward the relevant countermeasure for the elimination of staff loss in6aspects:the perfection of law and restriction system on the traffic management assistants, payment and welfare system, career development system, information-based management system, work support system as well as the organizational culture construction system.
