As the last great political thinkers of ancient Greece and a master of classical political philosophy, Aristotle’s political thought and political philosophy had a huge influence on later Western political thinkers. Both ancient Roman political thinker and orator Cicero, or medieval theocracy commentators Thomas Aquinas, and early modern english political philosopher Thomas Hobbes or America’s founders Jefferson, they are influenced by Aristotle’s political thought all, especially by the regime thought.In the field of Western political thought, it is no exaggeration to say that few scholars can bypass the Aristotle’s political thought to separate speculative and theoretical study of the political philosophy. Most of them are based on Aristotle’s politics to explore and thinking. Therefore, this article will also be based on Aristotle’s "Politics" in the polity thought.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This section describes the starting point, domestic and foreign academic profile and other basic information.The second chapter focuses on regime theoretical ideas, will start a discussion from the regime classification, and then based on the a clear regime classification criteria, we can make a detailed description about the type of regime.on the basis of Chapters Ⅱ and Ⅲ, Chapter Ⅳ will discuss the best regime in the ideal and the reality of the best regime, and pointed out that whether he best regime in the ideal or the reality of the best regime, is not the judgment standard best form of regime. We should be based on the stability of the regime as the final criteria.
