New Rural Culture Construction Of Marx's Overall Development In Liaoning Province Under The Theory Of Jianping County

The comprehensive development of the theory of Marx is a key part of his theory of historical materialism. The promotion of everyone’s freedom and comprehensive development is a goal through Marx’s life. The communist party of China has always attached importance to the development of human beings, our building of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a process of implementing and developing Marx’s theory of comprehensive development of human beings. As an important part of the building of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the ultimate goal of the building of socialist new countryside is promoting the comprehensive development of human being.The comprehensive development of human beings objectively needs many factors, as for culture, it is an indispensable one. The all-round development of human beings should not only rely on rich material civilization, but also on rich spiritual civilization. So in the process of building new rural areas, we should continuously strengthen the cultural construction in rural areas in order to meet the peasants’increasing spiritual and cultural needs, so as to improve their capabilities and realize their comprehensive developmentTaken the comprehensive development theory and new rural cultural construction theory as its theoretical guidance, this paper discusses the way to promote the new rural cultural construction of Jianping County. The thesis here is of four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, elaborate the reason of selected topic, research significance, review of related literature.The second chapter elaborates Marx’s comprehensive development theory of human being and the cultural construction theory in socialist new countryside, analyses the dialectical relationship between culture construction in socialist new countryside and comprehensive development of human beings, proposes that the relationship between the above two is "two-way generated" and mutually promotional.The third chapter takes Jianping County of Liaoning Province as an example, by adopting the method of empirical study on the current situation of new rural culture construction in this area. The county with a long history is the birthplace of "Dawn of Chinese Civilization"---Hongshan Culture. There exits many archeological area and excellent folk culture resources. In recent years, the local government constructs a new rural culture in the requirements of "Development of Productivity, Wealthy Life, Civilized Habits, Good and Sanitary Looking, Democratic Administration". The progress of spiritual civilization construction here is fast, majority of the local people’s ideology and spirits has changed a lot. However, there are still some factors blocking its way.The forth chapter provides some specific measures to solve the problems that Jianping County has encountered to promote the comprehensive development of man. We should apply method from the perspectives of ideology, Capital investment, talents training, education and etc in the process of constructing new rural culture.
