On the basis of thelegislation of consumer rights and interests’ protection are summarized in online shopping abroad, represented by the organization for economic co-operation and development, theEuropean Union, and analyzed its worth content of our using for reference, summed up thebeneficial enlightenment to our country, including: to perfect legal environment of onlineshopping, to ensure consumers’ rights, advocating non-lawsuit solution system in thedispute over of the network, ensure the security of the judicial relief mechanism in thenetwork disputes, such as.The fourth part is the thinking and suggestion of legislation to perfect consumerrights and interests’ protection in the online shopping.
