This article starts from this aspect that because of internet shopping’s virtuality andtechnicality the consumer’s rights and interests is more easily to be affected and even beinfringed, so we’re going to analysis how to protect internet shopping consumer’s rightsand interests.Specifically this article divided into four parts to interpret. The first part,starting from internet shopping’s and consumer rights and interests’ basic concepts andcharacteristics, this paper define the scope of on-line consumers and state the internetconsumers rights and interests’ new performances contrast to the traditional consumerrights and interests on macroscopic. Also, this paper analysis internet shopping’s threesubjects and their legal relationship in order to make clear the internet trade platformprovider’s legal status. The second part, state how the internet consumer rights andinterests is easy to be affected on microscopic. The third part, contrast the legislationand policy of China to America, EU and other countries and international organizationsso that we can know what we are lacking in our legislation. In the last part, this paperput forward some legal advices for the sake of consummating China’s internetconsumer’s rights and interests. |
