Along with the advance of information technology, the rapid development of the network shopping way, in taobao, such as number one shop online shopping platform to people’s way of shopping has brought great convenience, consumers never leave home can buy their favorite products.But online shopping consumers can only through the text and image understanding its or his goods, an operator can’t judge the merits of the goods in advance, only after receive the goods to pay the price to check the quality of the goodsTherefore, compared with traditional shopping, the online consumer’s right to know of consumer is more vulnerable to abuse.National "consumer rights and interests protects a law" the purpose is to protect the safety of consumption environment, ensuring the operators and consumers of fair trade, to provide consumers with consumer welfare.There is no this special trading environment for network consumption of special laws, and the network is different from the traditional consumption. In the face of the complex network environment how to protect network consumers’ right to know is the difficult problem that plague us.This article only from the perspective of civil and commercial law, using the method of theory analysis, discusses several problems on online consumers’ right to know, in this paper, the text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter in this paper, the online consumers’ right to know.From the concept and characteristics of online shopping as well as the concept of online consumers’ right to know and the special protection of online consumers’ right to know, first from the basic problem of online shopping and online shopping consumers’ right to know, to lay a good foundation for the following research.The second chapter in this paper, the infringement of online shopping behavior of consumer knowledge and reason.Through the analysis of the behavior of the infringement of online consumers’ right to know, and then probing into the cause of the infringement of online consumer knowledge, namely online information asymmetry between consumers and business operators; Online operator is the obligation of information disclosure three aspects of the weak of the lack of legislation and administrative supervision.Lay a foundation to further explore the solution below.The third chapter expounds the current situation of online information protection in China.This chapter explores our country in protecting online consumers informed of the relevant laws and regulations as well as the main body of protection of online consumers’ right to know,from the two main aspects for research.The fourth chapter expounds the problems existing in the online consumers’ right to know.Namely the proof difficulties appear when online shopping consumer rights; Online shopping online mediation mechanism does not work; Pipeline system of litigation against the difficulty of consumer rights protection of consumer rights protection.The fifth chapter elaborated our country online consumers’ right to know the improvement of the protection.From the principle of proof, rights protection mechanism and the perfection of laws and regulations of Angle to find measures of protection of online consumers’ right to know.
