With the end of World War II, the national liberation movements in Asia, Africaand Latin America set off a climax from the Western imperialist colonial rule. InMarch1990, Namibia’s independence marked the colonial era of the last residual end.In the post-colonial classical writers opinion, although the former colonies through thenational liberation movement from direct colonial rule, achieved nationalindependence and established their own nation-state; can not get rid of the context ofthe so-called post-colonial era, Western imperialist countries in the political,economic, especially in the cultural control.Post-colonialism as an academic trendprojections of the political and the typical cultural critique colors, the focus of thisstudy in terms of its cultural critique. Edward Said’s "Orientalism" is known as apioneer of post-colonialism as a typical case of "Orientalism" cultural outlook is alsoreflected in the book of the post-colonial cultural outlook. Text as a methodologicalbasis of this article will be Marxist, case studies of Said’s "Orientalism" reflects thepost-colonial cultural outlook, and thus the future of Chinese culture in globalizafionLooking. The text is based on such a context: briefly "Orientalism" background of thetimes, the theoretical origins and subjective conditions-summarizes the content of"Orientalism", extracted the kernel of its cultural outlook-with the Marxistmethodology of its cultural outlook interpretation and reflection-standing in theposition of Marxism, the use of "Orientalism" opened up a new dimension of culturalcriticism, Looking the Chinese culture globalizafion approach-to reflect the ethnicand cultural identity of the Chinese nation in modern sight recognition problems.
