Current Development Of Civil Society Analysis Of The Institutional Environment

With the development of our socialist market economy and democratic politics, civilsociety in China has gradually developed and play an increasingly important role. Civilsociety in the history of China’s development is not long, the degree of development ofcivil society is not high. This is due to the special historical conditions of our country, onthe other hand, is because the system of environmental civil society in China has defects.Therefore, the problem of institutional environment on civil society are deeplydiscussed in this paper, the analysis of civil society exists in our country developmentdifficulties or limitations, combined with the historical development and successfulexperience of the western civil society, put forward some advice and solutions, not onlyhas the important theory significance, but also has the important practical significance.This paper presents the basic concept of the civil society, expounds the features ofcivil society and its significance in the construction of the democratic politics in China;secondly, according to the institutional environment of the civil society concept, analyzesthe main factors of the development process, the institutional environment of the civilsociety in China, the institutional environment of the civil society, as well as the currentsystem environment factors conducive to the development of China’s civil society; thirdly,discusses the existing system of environmental civil society in China: the problem of notonly the laws and regulations on civil society in China have defects, and concernedcitizens, social management system, policy and civil society’s internal managementsystem problems. Finally, this paper discusses the characteristics of the development ofthe western civil society, as the institution environment of our country constructionenlightenment, put forward some environmental social system of our citizens of themeasures, so as to promote the further development of civil society in China, thus topromote the development of our national democracy.
