Institutional Environment Of Development At This Stage Of China's Civil Society Organizations

With the development of reform, opening up and socialist market economy and socialist democracy, the rapidly-growing civil society organization arouses the side aspect interest, given its having an important influence on environmental protection ,poverty reduction respect for human right,humanitarian assistance and policy-making of peace and security, playing an unique role in cultural construction, ethical and moral evolution, balance of social contradictions , removal of psychological barriers ,realization of individual value ,and having an promoting effect upon the construction and development of economy democracy and harmonious society.China still uses "non-governmental organizations" in regulations.
