Guizhou Province Organized Crime Syndicate Causes And Solution Suggestions

Organized crime has been proved the most harmful and influential, and it has been the hardest crime to control throughout the world so far. With a growing clampdown, more and more mafia-style organizations have been weeded out. The prevention oforganized crimes has been the important and urgent problem in China. This paper contains four parts, aiming to study the crimes of mafia-related organizations of Guizhou Province.In the first part, the concept of organized criminal acts in the nature of criminal syndicate of China is clarified; then, the author will analyze the collected materials of organized crimes dated from the founding’s Republic, striving for the tendency of crimesof mafia-related organizations in our country.In the second part, the characteristics of crimes of mafia-related organizations ofGuizhou Province will be presented by analyzing the types, members, existing time, purpose and means, crime features and protective umbrellas in the20typical and settled cases of organized crime in Guizhou.The third part is aimed to explore the cause of current organized crimes of Guizhou, and expound the four cause: social background, economic base, laws, and culture.The author will put the emphasis on the laws, but the other four aspects will be explained.The forth part will give countermeasure and advice, and display measures for preventing and controlling organized crime in Guizhou from the aspects of society, economics, laws and culture. This paper elaborates thoroughly the main status, cause of formation and countermeasure and advice of the current organized crimes of Guizhou based on the author’s demonstrational investigation. It pursues to help people know the state and origin oforganized crimes in Guizhou by demonstrating the related data, so as to find the ways to lighten and solve organized crimes, and maintain social orders.
