The Construction Of Our Unified Real Estate Registration Agency

The10th item of “Real Right Law of the People’s Republic of China” is very broad and empty,but it just provides a number of principles and does not have realistic maneuverability, it also cannot change the current real estate registration in the presence of some of the drawbacks. The realestate registration agency system is the core component in the real estate registration, which bearsthe registration functions and dominates the real estate registration procedures. Therefore, a unifiedreal estate registration system is the key to a unified real estate registration agency.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part briefly describes the current status ofregistration of real estate agencies and drawbacks, so that authorities can be reformed to achievereunification. The second part describes the registration agency to unify the four reasons,compliance with the law, comply with the direction of institutional reform. The third part is to learnfrom foreign real estate registration system, by examining some of the major countries of the set ofreal estate registration agency for China’s reunification with the necessary theoretical basis andpractical experience. The fourth part presents a unified real estate registration agency in theconstruction of specific recommendations. This paper argues that it will be more suitable for China,if the executive authorities continue to choose a real estate registration agency as a unified afterregistration. And then, existing real estate registration agency from the original administrativedepartments to be separated and merged from central to local independent vertical management ofreal estate registration system.
