Rights Corruption Prevention Of The Public Security Organ

With the rapid development of China’s reform and opening up and the promotion ofeconomic, administrative law enforcement of public security organs in the process ofcorruption is also gradually exposed. Public security organs as a special governmentdepartments, and the vital interests of the people closely related, is responsible forsafeguarding the people, catch criminals, punish criminals and the responsibility ofmaintaining social order and stability, can be said that the purity of the police teamdetermines social long period of stability and people’s property security. Therefore, theeffective implementation of the party’s idea in public security team spirit, is particularlyimportant anti-corruption work. The best solution is to prevent the corruption, before it hasn’thappened efforts will vanish, and thereby causes losses to the state or the people, this articleis from the perspective of prevention of corruption in public security organs.The basic functions of the administrative supervisory organs supervise, check on thegovernment’s administrative organs and their staff, timely find the specific exercise power forthemselves or family and personal gain, supervise the administrative act is legal, compliance,reasonable. Supervisory responsibilities mainly include the following three aspects: thesubject, object of supervision, supervision object. First of all, the subject is a department oragency responsible for monitoring (administrative supervision organs); object of supervision,accept the supervision of the supervisory organ of authority or department (governmentadministrative organs, such as the public security organs); supervision object refers to thecontent, more refers to the administrative organ’s ruling behavior. Supervisory organssupervision function smooth play to our country’s administrative organs to bring greatbenefits, which can be classified into the following three categories: to promoteadministration according to law, keep the decrees; is conducive to maintain administrativediscipline, promote the construction of a clean and honest administration; to improve theadministrative management, enhance administrative efficiency. The function of theadministrative supervision to prevent the public security administrative corruption problems in a certain extent, in this paper to analyze the present situation of Henan Province, thefunctions of administrative supervision to prevent the public security administrativecorruption problem. Based on the comparative analysis of America, Singapore and Hongkongcorruption prevention measures and experience, to make a deeper analysis of the problem.In the last part of this paper discusses the public security administrative corruptionprevention system construction problems, and put forward a series of public securityadministrative corruption prevention policy recommendations, in order to the preservation ofChina’s public security organs to help. This paper mainly has the following two objectives:1、looking for some help to promote the public security organs and Countermeasures ofpreventing administrative corruption, so as to promote the construction and development ofpublic security troops, to improve our system of administrative supervision.2、combiningwith the present situation and problems of China’s current public security organs preventingadministrative corruption, think deeply how to build an effective system of administrativesupervision system of corruption prevention, to reduce the incidence of public securityadministrative corruption in china. Through research and analysis in this paper, trying to letmore people understand the real situation of the police, through the analysis of the practicalproblems and put forward corresponding suggestions, to provide advice and decision-makingbasis for the government and the administrative supervision departments. Finally, from adeeper level, will be conducive to the improvement and development of China’s judicialsystem consolidation, more conducive to the construction of socialist economic developmentand harmonious society.
