The third people who want to buy such a house have to expend a sum of money to find out the right condition or ignore the possible risk to buy the house directly. But if the third people were promised to consult the estate registration data, according to those information, the third people can decide whether to continue this business directly rather than expend extra cost or take a risk. It is thus clear obvious that, the inquiry system of real estate registration is necessary. It ensures the safety of business.For the moment, in the legislative of the inquiry system of real estate registration in China, most local regulations just have few accurate provision of the inquiry system of real estate register. Public know few about this system. In recent years, uncle house and aunt house event occur frequently. Such events lend a wave of consulting certain property right by the name. Draw lessons from the practice and legislative experiences in various countries, writer try to reform and improve Inquiry System of Real Estate Registration in China from improving relevant laws and regulations; building digital registration system; defining relevant responsibility system and balancing the conflict between the right of privacy and the right to know.
