The Community Of City Management System Innovation Research Yantian District Community Management

On the community management mode, how to realize the community organization and management mode of scientific and democratic, has caused widespread concern in the community, scholars have carried out a lot of research, and accumulated some experience. But many of the issues related to the theory and practice need to be further studied and perfected further. In order to adapt to the new situation, the new tasks and requirements change, further study and community management system reform in China, has become the urgent need for moderbization construction of city community.This paper discusses the management concepts of community and community. based on the present research community management in China and the related theory, an objective analysis of the similarities and differences of city community management mode in Shenzhen and Hongkong areas, and a comparative study. Focus on community management according to the present situation of Yantian District of Shenzhen city were investigated and analyzed, combined with the public management theory of knowledge, experience and my understanding of thinking, to study the relevant community phenomenon occurred in the area in the current mode of community management and community governance system and problems, found that the mode of operation of existing problems, necessity the innovation of community management in the area, and put forward innovative ideas, countermeasures. Mainly through the cancellation of the existing "community workstation", set up a "new community management center two platform" in the streets and community level, to replace the current "Yantian mode" so as to find out a method and path for Yantian District Community Construction and development, to solve community problems.
