Farmers Citizenship Culture Research

Along with the construction of new socialist countryside in China going forward,as the construction of the main farmers citizen consciousness is more and more attention,the citizen consciousness contains extensive contents,such as democracy and rule of law, responsibility power consciousness,independent personality,cooperation and collective concept.The current our country farmer citizen consciousness can not adapt to the requirements of socialist new countryside construction,to speed up the new rural construction,promote the city modernization and,therefore,to cultivate the citizen consciousness is of great significance,this paper is to describe their own ideas in this area specifically:The first part starts from defining the concept of farmers, citizens,mainly,discusses the connotation of citizen consciousness in different perspective,comparison of citizen consciousness and subject consciousness,people’s awareness and consciousness of the masses,finally discusses the farmers’ citizen consciousness;The second part explains Marx about the idea of civil society,and discusses the formation conditions of farmers’ citizen consciousness.Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid economic development,but at present,is still a big gap between urban and rural areas,rural economic development is relatively slow,farmer income is still very low,restricted the development of rural education to a large extent,in addition to the uneven distribution of educational resources,resulting in China’s farmers’ cultural quality is not high.Market economy is backward,cultural quality is not high,restricted the healthy development of farmer citizen consciousness in china.At the same time, in the political system,problems of villager autonomy,the autonomy is influenced by many factors,the differences between urban and rural vote reflects the electoral rights in China on inequality of household registration system,and two yuan plus,making the political status of farmers is not high, which has affected our country farmer participation enthusiasm to a great extent, restricted the development of farmers’ citizen consciousness in china;The third part analysis the deficiency and root of civic awareness of the farmers on the basis of investigation.Think farmers,mainly discusses the connotation of citizen consciousness in different perspective;the lack of citizen consciousness is the subject consciousness,fuzzy right and responsibility consciousness and legal consciousness,human body,the lack of contract and consciousness of cooperation. The causes of lack of civic awareness of the farmers is:the lasting influence of traditional culture;control of underdeveloped rural areas;block two yuan in urban and rural areas social structure;rural grass-roots democratic system is not perfect. The fourth part cultivating proposes three specific suggestions on strengthening farmers’ citizen consciousness,namely the development of the rural economy vigorously,economic foundation for farmers cultivate civic awareness;to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots democracy,to provide protection for farmers cultivate civic awareness in the political and institutional level;vigorously develop the rural cultural construction, provide cultural support for farmers’citizen consciousness.I hope this thesis can offer advice on the theory of the farmers in the new rural construction of civil construction,so as to provide theoretical support for the promotion of China’s rural modernization and city.
