A Comparative Study Of The Formation Of The Soviet Political System

Chinese political party system is one of the important contents of Marxism researching in China, which will help us to further improve the outstanding achievements of China’s political party system theory. It will also be conducive to the development and application of theory of the political party system in the Party Construction in practice. Comparative research is an academic favored method that can deepen the subject. This method can make the research results more persuasive. For the study of Chinese political party system, the research finding about Soviet Union is more valuable. Furthermore, it enables us to understand the political party system from a more profound and microcosmic point through the research with a perspective of culture.In the period of social transformation, cultural factors are more active compared with the political and economic. Culture always exerts a profound influence on polity and economy. Significant transformation period of political party system in the form of social unrest in the two countries, culture influenced the party, people, groups, individual’s thought and behavior, so as to promoted the political system gradually established in a certain extent. With the complex effect of such different and simple concept culture, the political party system took shape finally.The main content of the article includes five parts:the first chapter defines some basic concepts of political party system and the cultural, which laid the foundation for the following writing. The second chapter retrospect’s the history of the system of political party’s foundation in detail from the view of the ruling party. This part also analysis the relationship and strategy between the ruling party and other parties. The third chapter is the core of the thesis, which is focusing on the same cultural bases of political party system-Marxism united front theory, political theory and democratic theory. At the same time, the Lenin doctrine and the new democratic culture has carried on the analysis to the specific role of the political party system formation. With the former foundation, the fourth part of the article presents the special effect of different cultural basis for the formation of political party system in the traditional ideational culture; state the attitude that we should tread these ideational culture bases critically and dialectically.In this paper, there are several innovations in view. First of all, there are innovations on research content. At present in our country, the comparative study of the cultural foundation of political party system China is very rare, which makes the topic a problem to be studied thoroughly. Secondly, innovation viewpoints are also seen in the article. In this paper, the concept of political parties and political party system of comprehensive academic achievements were refined, and put forward some new ideas such as:analysis of political party system in this paper, from a macro cultural perspective, the idea that culture is the deep factors of political party system formation, but also to promote the political party system perfect inner power; it is the result of traditional culture one reason for the homogeneous way of political party system; this article lists the powers of Russian traditional culture of nationalism and populism of the Soviet party system formation and the role of Chinese traditional culture, and the cultural and practical rationalism on the formation of political party system in our country and so on. Thirdly, there are several innovations on research methods. This article attempts to break through the single the topics and related topics in the research method, by using the method of interdisciplinary integration, it tries to make the theory and Marx’s theory of political, organic combination, make the study of Chinese political party system can get more angles of the new interpretation.
