Qing Dynasty, which is the last feudal dynasty, is an important period in theancient Chinese history. It leaves us with a very rich political, legal, cultural heritage.Generally, Qing Dynasty national legislation represents the peak of China’s feudalsociety’s development, the national policy and national law systems.It is a symbol ofChina’s ethnic affairs legal management.Therefore, the systemetic research on nationallegislation Qing Dynasty can help us to sum up historical experience and lessons, have abetter understanding about national and ethnic contradictions, and promote the nationalunity. Qing Dynasty’s national integration legislation is started by Nuerhachi and HuangTaiji, developed in Shunzhi Period, after which Kangxi, Yongzheng and QianlongPeriod in mature, changed in the late Qing Dynasty and the "New Deal" Period.Political legal inherited the feudal system of the backbone Han, Ming, Dang and SongDynasties and develops afterwards into a complete system of laws. At that time, toconsolidate the rulers, Man, status, the national legislation is aimed at the customs, habitand religious belief of different nationalities in the different historical period, and therulers often make adjustment in national relations and national affairs legislation. Notonly in the content but also in number the national affairs legislation then reached thepeak of Chinese ancient ethnic legislation.This paper is divided into four parts:Part I: The different developing stages of national integration legislation in QingDynasty.Qing Qing Dynasty’s national integration legislation is started by Nuerhachi andHuang Taiji, developed in Shunzhi Period, after which Kangxi, Yongzheng andQianlong Period in mature, changed in the late Qing Dynasty and the "New Deal"Period.Part II: The legislative principles in Qing Dynasty 1.
