| Since the third plenary session of18th, agricultural enterprises as a new agricultural subjecthow to solve the problem of new first-line managers cultivation is becoming a hot spot of thecurrent frontier problem.Heilongjiang land reclamation bureau is the highest level ofmodernization of agricultural production enterprises in China.Heilongjiang province agriculturalreclamation administration as the main body of agricultural new operating samples. Usingliterature analysis and method of work log and behavioral event interview method to obtain thebasic competence quality elements, and then form the questionnaire to distribute to the excellentfirst-line managers of the agricultural reclamation. Using the factor analysis method to verify thefeasibility of the results of the questionnaire, and building the agricultural reclamation first-linemanagers competence quality model according the method of principal component analysis. Itcontain the personality traits, work ability, management ability, comprehensive skills, workattitude, relationship building skills, leadership traits and the spirit of flexibility and landreclamation area nine comprehensive competence quality characteristics.The model provides amethod to develop the new professional peasantry first-line managers for the new agriculturalenterprises.Its applications mainly include:(1) The recruitment should be depending on thecorrelation level between the applicants’ quality and the nine kinds of competencecharacteristics;(2) Then for the curriculum set for the training, it should strengthen the cultivationof recessive quality and implement the comprehensive training that meets the job needs;(3)Using the method of scene simulation and key behavior events by applied to the grassrootsmanagers that have been worked,and then evaluate the quality of first-line managers or be usedas the basis for future promotion. |
