Peasant Workers' Social Policy Perspective Fusion Research

Integration of migrant workers in cities, is the social problem that China must face in the process of urbanization, industrialization and modernization,is also a key to building a harmonious society. Migrant workers has made great contributions to urban social and economic development, however, they are always in the edge of urban society, it is difficult to become a "city people." Migrant workers are a heterogeneous group, recently more and more studies divide the groups into different generations or gender to research.Object of study is the rural household registration cleaning women workers,I think they are vulnerable groups of migrant workers, They face not only a lack of rights brought by the household registration system, but also by the limitations of traditional gender roles, and their own weak economy ability, low level of education.The paper is based on the cleaning women as the research object,Adopted questionnaire survey, participant observation and case interview method to collect the data.In the perspective of social policy, from the economic level, social level, to the psychological level, to make a detailed investigation about the urban integration process of cleaning women, And analysis the plight of urban integration and the formation.Finally, the article from policy makers, social support, self-improvement and other areas to put foreward policy and suggestion. We expect that these measures will promote better integrate into the urban society.My research found that this group is mostly married middle-aged women, low cultural skills, and took the form of family flow into the enterprises and institutions to do cleaning work in Beijing. Long working hours, low wages, poor living conditions, lack of social capital is the reality situation. Though the people come to Beijing for many years, and work in the "Peking man"crowd, but they have vague identity of professional and status, also has a very low sense of city belonging.This paper argues that the integration of migrant workers in urban have a very close relationship with social policy issues and security policies,system status,weakness in gender and low market capacity is the real reason that hinder integration.
