Since the1990s to the present, China is experiencing the history of mankind’s largest population movement. A large number of rural rich labor, to accelerate the process of industrialization, urbanization led to the labor demand-pull and the urban and rural residents income gap is widening. Of modern urban civilization, and to attract the majority of central and western regions of the farmers from the countryside, left his home, the flow of the economy is relatively developed areas. Peasant-workers on this generation, grew up in the process of reform and opening up a new workforce.
