Since the reform and opening up,the process of urbanization has accelerated, and a large number of migrant workers have poured into cities, which has made important contributions to the construction of urbanization and promoted the rapid development of the urban economy. From the distribution point of view, many migrant workers have migrated to county-level cities, especially concentrated in developed counties. The county area is the oldest and most complete administrative unit in China's development, and its area and population account for more than 70% of China. The county economy,as an important part of the national economy, has brought great vitality to China's economic development.Among them, developed counties make use of a smaller land area, creating about a quarter of the total GDP of the entire county, becoming the backbone of county development. With the rapid economic and social development in developed counties, strong labor demand has also brought many jobs.Compared with big cities, the relatively low cost of living in developed counties is also its advantage,so it has attracted a large number of migrant workers to work in cities..In the face of a large group of migrant workers,it is particularly important to actively guide and help migrant workers integrate into cities. This is not only related to the prosperity and stability of developed counties, but also conducive to actively promoting new urbanization and promoting coordinated development of the region. In addition, the practical and effective integration of migrant workers in developed counties can also serve as a reference for the study of urban integration of migrant workers in other counties and in different regions. However, due to the differences in their social background and cultural practices, migrant workers have encountered difficulties in adapting to the city and cannot smoothly integrate into urban life. They can't find a sense of belonging in the new city, their identities are blurred, and they gradually become "marginal people" in the city. The urban integration of migrant workers has aroused widespread concern in the society.Providing multi-faceted and effective social support for migrant workers is an important measure to help them integrate into cities. Therefore,it is of great significance to research the social support of migrant workers. In addition, the impact of different types of social support on the urban integration of migrant workers also shows significant differences.In-depth understanding of the basic characteristics of migrant worker groups and types of social support, research on the status of migrant workers' urban integration and the impact of social support on them, and put forward corresponding policy recommendations based on the research results. These policies will accelerate the integration of migrant workers into cities and promote urban stability development and play a significant role in building a harmonious society. This article starts with related theories of social integration, social support, and Maslow's level of demand, and studies the impact of social support on the urban integration of migrant workers in developed counties.First of all, this article summarizes the research literature on migrant workers' urban integration and social support.Secondly, according to the literature reviewed, social support is divided into instrumental support, informational support, emotional support and companion support;urban integration measurement dimensions are divided into economic integration, social integration and cultural integration.this article will start from the different dimensions of social support, explore its impact on the urban integration of migrant workers, and put forward corresponding research assumptions based on this.Zhejiang Province is one of the most economically developed provinces in China, and county economy plays an important role in it.Yiwu is located in the middle of Zhejiang Province. It is the first place in Zhejiang Province and also the first national comprehensive reform pilot county-level city approved by the State Council. After years of development,Yiwu has become the world's largest small commodity distribution center. In the 2019 China's Top 100 Counties Ranking,Yiwu is among the best.Yiwu is a typical representative of developed counties.Every year,a large number of migrant workers flood into Yiwu to work. Therefore, this article takes Yiwu migrant workers as the research object and conducts empirical research by means of questionnaire survey.First of all, this article conducts pre-investigation,revises and improves the questionnaire settings, then issues 450 formal questionnaires online and offline, and recovers 385 valid questionnaires. In terms of data analysis, this article uses SPSS software to test the reliability and validity of the collected data, and based on the principal component analysis method to assign corresponding weights to each integration dimension to calculate the comprehensive score of urban integration.Afterwards, relevant analysis and regression analysis were conducted to explore the different impacts of various social support on the integration of migrant workers in cities.Through data processing and analysis, varify the original research hypothesis. The results show that:(1)Overall,the migrant workers do not score high in all dimensions, and the level of integration is poor.Among them, economic integration and social integration are relatively good, and cultural integration is minimal.(2)The urban integration of migrant workers has certain differences in demographic variables.Specifically, the urban integration of migrant workers differs significantly in terms of household registration, age, education, and industry. There is no significant difference in gender.(3)Social supports have significant impacts on the urban integration of migrant workers.Among them, instrumental support, emotional support and information support have significant impacts on the urban integration of migrant workers, while companion support has no significant impact on the urban integration of migrant workers. Finally, based on the research conclusions obtained in this paper, several policy recommendations are proposed to promote the urban integration of the migrant workers:(1)Strengthen instrumental support to solve the economic dilemma of migrant workers in the cities;(2)Build information support networks to broaden the channels for urban integration of migrant workers;(3)Improve emotional support channels and ease the pressure of migrant workers' urban life.Based on this, this article will elaborate how to help migrant workers integrate into the city from three aspects: government, enterprise, and community.
