Study On Social Relief Of Anti-Japanese Base

In this paper, the research object is the social relief of the Anti-Japanese base which wasled by the Communist Party of China. With the literature and comparative analysis inhistorical research, this article tries to carry out the work of social relief during theAnti-Japanese War, and finally summed up the significance of social assistance of thisperiod. All these have been done to provide experience for the construction anddevelopment of the social assistance for this moment.Chapter1: Introduction part which carries out the background, significance as well asthe current study of this social relief during the Anti-Japanese War. Then, this paperexplains the emphasis and the problems it will resolve.Chapter2: Elaborated the concepts and objects of social assistance. Then this chapterexplains about how the Communist Party of China to understand the social assistance aswell as the necessity of social relief work during the Anti-Japanese War.Chapter3: Use the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Border Region, ShandongAnti-Japanese Base and Huazhong Anti-Japanese Base as its example, this paper studies theconditions about the Communist Party of China’s social relief work.Chapter4: By studying the social relief work of the Communist Party of China at thattime, this article sums up some remarkable features of the work, and then points out thesignificance about it for the whole Anti-Japanese War. Finally, through the analysis aboutthe social relief work during that time, we obtain some revelations for the social reliefdevelopment for today.
