On Marx’s Theory Of Ideology And Its Modern Enlightenments

This paper based on text infomation and reality,discussed the Marx’s theory of ideology from two aspects of theory and reality.It includes thr-ee parts:introduction,body and conclusion,Among them,the intorductory section illustrates the research background, research review, research clue, and shortcomings. The body develops from the following three aspects:The first part of this paper deals with the origin and evolution of ideology. The concept of ideology has existed in human history before it appeared as a theoretical term. As a representative of the ancient sages, Plato included the embryo of the concept of ideology, promoting the birth of ideology. In the early19th century, the French scholar Tracy proposed "ideology" as a philosophical term for the first time, defining it as a discipline of ideas. Since its birth, ideology has been controversial till today. Subsequently, Marx breaken the enigma of ideology with historical materialism on the basis of reality, thus giving the rich connotation and strong vitality to ideology.He grasped a new essence of ideology and rewritten the destiny of ideology.The formation of any thought has its development history, Marx’s ideological theory is no exception. The second part of this paper studyed the four stages of the development of Marx’s theory of ideology.It clarified the scientific implication of Marx’s theory of ideology is spacious thinking about ideology and materialist critique on ideology. Marx did not stop at the cognition and criticism, but on this basis to achieve a fundamental change in ideology. It is in this sense, Marx surpassed the concept analysis of the traditional ideology and laid the cornerstone of the modern theory of ideology, thus achieving a great innovation in the historical development of ideological.From the realistic aspect, Marx’s theory of ideology is not a purely theoretical analysis, but is scientific theory based on the practice.It has a very strong practical significance to the construction of socialist ideology in china.That is to insist on Marx’s theory of ideology, construct the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics. To do this, China must adhere to the inheritance and innovation of Marxist Ideology, the unity of domination and diversity, and the principle of party leading connecting with masses route. The contemporary Chinese socialist ideology construction is an important and urgent task. So it must adhere to the Marx doctrine as a guide and socialism as the theme, constructing the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics.
