A Study On Ways To Overcome The Corruption Of Current China

In the process of the development of China’s primary stage of socialism, the phenomenon of corruption is quite serious. According to statistics, since the18th CPC National Congress, as many as23provincial officials were punished in our country. The seriousness of corruption could not be ignored. The reason of the corruption is the defective of people and system.The essential of corruption is using improper ways to gain personal wealth. The harmful of corruption to the state, the society, the party and the government is not optimistic. This article throughout the characteristics and forms of the corruption, exploring the root causes of corruption, meanwhile, learning from the international corruption perceptions index of high effective anti-corruption measures of the countries and regions to analyze the ways to overcome the corruption of our country. We need reform integrity cultural, legal system, rule of law system, power restriction and supervision system, democracy and the anti-corruption agency system. Among them, the article mentioned, in the process of the punishment of corruption, we should punish the both side of bribery. At the same time, for the governance of corruption, we should not only emphasize the effectiveness of the legal system, but also to strengthen the effectiveness of governance according to law.This article altogether consists of four chapters. The first chapter, introduction, summarizes the significance and importance of anti-corruption work, and expounds the anti-corruption work of the general research situation in China and abroad and the research methods of paper. The second chapter, this paper expounds the root causes of corruption, the forms and the harmful of corruption. The third chapter tells the anti-corruption of the recommended measures of typical countries and regions in the world. The fourth chapter separately from the integrity honest cultural education, legal system, rule of law system, power restriction and supervision system, democracy and anti-corruption agency system in these aspects to increase our country’s anti-corruption work.
