In this paper, the general legal thinking Qing Taizong, the legal system as aclue to the various departments, categories to be listed and described, includinglegal thinking, administrative law, criminal law, civil law, economic law, thejudicial system,according to modern legal knowledge to help the reader system to beunderstood and accepted.Manchu established the Qing Dynasty after Kim regime and the subsequentestablishment of its policies and the legal system,is to create a culture of the Chinesenation,the Chinese legal system belongs to a large system,which should be used asan integral part of its unique understood. Examine these historical occurrence anddevelopment of the Manchu regime’s policies and the legal system, we will noticethat each of the Manchu regime based on both the national habits, customs,policies, laws and formulating development trajectory, but also draws on theobvious traces Central Plains law. Chinese legal history is a history of various ethnicgroups learn from each other, history and common progress; while the origin anddevelopment of the Northeast Manchu regime due to the nature of the newcomer,more and more policies and laws draws the Central Plains.
