A Research On The Theory And Practice Of The Coordination Of Land Conflict In Foreign Countries

The beginning of human birth， the land has been presented in this world， thehuman survival and development of human society is based on the support andnourishing of land and other natural resources. Today， all aspects of humanproduction and life are inseparable from the development and utilization of resources，the resulting conflicts and disputes become prominent and extensive，"conflict" hasbecome a common concern in many areas and of many scholars and research objects.With the end of the Cold War， most countries in the world has shifted their politicalcenter from the military to the economy，along with the economic development，theconflicts around resource become intensified， especially the land conflicts， whichhas become a major factor it affecting social stability， especially in developingcountries.The structure of the paper is divided into five parts. The first part has introducedthe basic statement of the foreign countries’ land conflicts. Concluding preliminaryanalysis of the concept of land conflicts， characteristics and types. The second andthird parts has introduced the land conflicts’ relational theoretical， the second parthas introduced the Marxism theories of resolve land conflicts， talk about Marx’stheory of property rights from the land， then introduced the theory of Lenin， MaoZedong and Deng Xiaoping who had solved the problem of rural area land. The thirdpart had introduced the theoretical perspectives of Western scholars toward to the landconflicts， mainly selected Simmel， Coser and Dahrendorf whose have somerepresentative viewpoints of conflict theorists. The fourth part researched on thepractice of foreign land conflicts， mainly select a few typical aspects of developedand developing countries， and has introduced the phenomenon of land conflictswhich has existenced， and focuses on the measures about the conflict relief whichabove countries do. The fifth part has talk about the inspiration and reference ofcoordinate the land conflicts in China by theory and practice of coordination of landconflicts in foreign countries. Point that land conflicts’ resolution should establish human-oriented idea， to handle the relationship between land ownership and userights of peasantry correctly， improve the land legislation， clear the governmentalpowers， to solve the problem of land conflict radically.
