In recent years, Intensify efforts to promote the construction of new urbanization in our country, a large number of rural collective land is levied according to law for the state-owned land especially the villages surrounding the central city were massively requisitioned, There are some illegal behavior in the expropriation process, cause land expropriation conflicts occur, land acquisition demolition contradictions occur often shows: petitions, marches, sit-ins, smash the government officials and even land acquisition of group events. In the process of land requisition, on the one hand, the farmers’ interests are damaged, on the other hand, the behavior of the requisition to improper further escalation, and ultimately lead to further deterioration of land acquisition and resettlement contradiction, fermented for group events, causing serious damage to the party and people’s life and property.The requisition is related to the survival of farmers, rural modernization in our country promote and realize Chinese dream and the construction of harmonious society, so this article from multi-angle comprehensive analysis the cause of the requisition conflicts and through a questionnaire and field visit to collect information in the form of land acquisition and resettlement contradictions, confirmed that the real problems of the rural land expropriation process, analyze the nature of the requisition contradiction and resettlement contradictory land acquisition process conflicts the reason to upgrade, contradicting the governance of rural land appropriation has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of five parts.
