The Research Of Cultivating Mechanism About Community Social Organization

In Marx’s view, the separation of state and civil society is a manifestation of social progress, civil society determines state, state power will eventually return to society. The way of modern urban governance is that the government, market, society work together, not only in their respective fields but also needing play their own advantages, to maintain social order and social development, to maximize the public interest. In practice, our country is still in the situation of strong government but weak market and society, the phenomenon of inequality, injustice, intervention and social affairs, often affecting and restricting the vitality and development of the market and society.At present, China is in the critical period of transition and deepening system reform, social service and management can’t just rely on the government, which need market and society to participate in, form the multi-main-body governing structure, multiple subject play synergies. Social organizations participate in community, social service and management, practice of participatory governance practices, adding content for the development of community governance and local governance, contributing to building wisdom to "small government and big society".In this paper, through the perspective of resources input, we analysis the government, market and society breeding in a social organization’s main body role in the process, all provide supportive and developmental resources for the society, cooperation of government and society school, cooperation of marker and society and social cooperation in various relations, which fosters to improve strength for organizations. The survey found that district there exist deficiency in the resource input, this article puts forward new claims to support in resource input, we hope to construct social organizations to foster comprehensive system and three-dimensional cultivation system. We get some academic revelations, in China, growth and development of organizations cannot leave the social organization of government, market, society and can not leave resources to support the intervention. In the present stage of China, such as venture philanthropy, purchase services of government, evaluation of social organization should be to promote the development of social organizations as the goal, also need to realize and decentralization, release the development of social organizations of public space, give social organizations more rights, promote social organizations of various ability, only in this way can the social organization on the "right" and "ability" get a qualitative leap.
