Empirical Research On Community-based Home Care System For Senior Citizens From The Perspective Of Linkage Of Community, Social Organizations, And Social Workers

Start with the reality of aging populations and the creative governance model of the linkage of Community, Social Organizations, and Social Workers, firstly, this research analyzes the theoretical and practical significance, and reviews and sorts out the theoretical researches of the community governance model from the perspective of linkage of community, social organizations, and Social Workers and the community-based home care for senior citizens at home and abroad. On this basis, the empirical research on the community-based home care for the aged in trial community for the linkage of community, social organizations, and social workers in Taiyan has been carried out.200 survey samples were randomly selected. Based on the understanding of the basis of the living conditions and the characteristics of the aged, relevant data is collected by interview and analyzed by the statistical analysis software for studying the impact made by the following factors such as age, the educational level, the number of children, whether living with children, source of income, economic status, physical condition, whether having the chronic disease, whether the community-based home care service is needed and the types of the services which are needed. Studies have shown two factors of physical condition and economic condition is significant factors of affecting the elderly need in the community basic pension services.The health is the most significant factors.The worse the economic situation and physical condition, the greater demand for community home care services.Additionally, the main suppliers and the relevant conditions of the supplying have been discussed. On this basis, from the angle of the linkage of community, social organizations, and social workers, we analyzes the degree of satisfaction of the aged to the community-based home care service and weighs the four influencing factors for the overall evaluation for the community-based home care service:overall evaluation of the daily care service enjoyed by the aged now, overall evaluation of the medical care service, overall evaluation of the spiritual consolation service and overall evaluation of the cultural entertainment service. Studies have shown the old overall satisfaction had a significant positive correlation with a wide variety of satisfaction.elderly satisfaction evaluation of all types of projects to the community home pension service satisfaction from high to low is in the order of life care, medical care and spiritual comfort class, culture and entertainment.This paper intends to discover the strengths and weaknesses of the model in order to find the interaction and cooperation mechanism for the main participators of the community-based home care service based on the linkage of community, social organizations, and social workers. Finally, based on the current dilemma in the community-based home care service with the linkage of community, social organizations, and social workers, we discusses the way of the participation of each main participator in the construction of the mechanisms of the community-based home care service.
